Mini Off-Rovers is bringing their mini Land Rover, driving experience for children, to Capesthorne Hall for two weeks this summer!

We want to offer families, just like our own, the opportunity to take part in something unusual and exciting this summer, so we have put-together a bespoke event just for you at the stunning Capesthorne Hall, at the heart of the Cheshire countryside.

We are delighted to offer families the opportunity to take one of our mini Land Rovers out around the Capesthorne Estate to explore their woodland, lake and wider parkland – a chance not to be missed! It's time to move-over and let your little one take the wheel of a mini 4x4 vehicle designed with them in mind. Imagine their exhilaration as they 'start the engine' and set-off around a thrilling route we have planned for you, navigating the off-road terrain and testing their driving skills as they manoeuver their way around bends, through the trees...and even passed the grazing sheep!

Each driving experience is 30 minutes long, but we know you'll want to spend longer than that at this fantastic venue so we are inviting you to spend the day with us, and to make that day

fun-filled, there are many more activities for your child to enjoy – all within the price of your 30 minute off-road drive! You can thank us when you see us :)

Event dates: Monday 15th – Friday 19th August and Monday 22nd-Friday 26th August, inclusive.

Mini Off-Rovers' mini Land Rovers are available to drive between the hours of 10am – 3pm each day (last drive is 3pm).

Included:-

30 minute off-road driving experience
The driver must be between 5-9 years old, and an adult must accompany the vehicle at all times.
A maximum of 2 adults per paying child are eligible for free entry. Any additional adults in the party will be subject to an entry free onto the Capesthorne Estate.
Siblings can ride as a passenger if between the ages of 2-5 years – for FREE!
Drive will be available between the hours of 10am-3pm each day.

Free entry onto the Capesthorne Estate
Explore the stunning Capesthorne Hall and Gardens, and discover the Milanese Gates, the chapel, the tranquil gardens, the lake, and the colourful perennial merging with the more unusual 18th Century plants, shrubs and trees.
(Entry into the hall is not included but can be purchased on the day)

The Jungle Book Trail
The trail will take children on a magical journey with the storybook characters helping to explore the gardens in a fun and engaging way!

Capethorne's Spectacular Sunflower Maze
Work your way around the rows of green stalks and sunny yellow flowers hoping to find your way to the end. A colourful adventure!

A FREE hot/cold drink from the cafe
The cafe will be open 11am-4pm each day.

Inflatable Fun
Finally, in a bid to max out the fun and completely wear out the kids, we have a large inflatable in the grounds, at just £5 per child for unlimited use!

Mini Off-Rovers, The Jungle Book Trail and the inflatable are suitable for children aged 5-9 years old.


An adult must accompany each vehicle at all times. Each vehicle will have an auto shut-off button which will be carried by the accompanying adult and will cut power to the battery stopping the car almost immediately, should your child get into difficulty – though this is unlikely. All families will be required to sign a waiver.
